At Dedra Dawn Creations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical products, including personalized and custom-made items.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging, if available.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUNDS

All digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds for digital products, including STL, 3MF, SVG, and other downloadable files, except where required by applicable law.
