Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Many of our products are handmade, 3D-printed, or personalized. This processing time allows us to prepare, create, and package your order with care.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We currently offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping for a flat rate of $8.00 per order.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days, although delivery times may vary.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost during shipping, please contact us at dedradawncreations@gmail.com.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging, if available.

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

No physical item will be shipped when purchasing a digital download unless expressly stated in the product description.

Download instructions or access to purchased digital files will be provided electronically.

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased digital files, please contact us for assistance.
