Live Claims — How It Works

Shop DTF transfers and straw toppers during our live sales!

First-time claimers: Purchase a $10 Open Bin Deposit before claiming. Your deposit counts toward your purchase—it is not an additional fee. Purchase the deposit separately; no shipping charge is collected with the deposit.

Your live name: During the live, identify yourself using your first name and last-name initial, such as Susan M. Use the same full name and email for your deposit and final checkout so Dedra can match your payments.

Deposit Terms

• You must claim at least $10.00 worth of items during the live to have your full $10.00 deposit applied toward those items. Shipping and tax do not count toward the $10.00 minimum.
• Your deposit applies only to the live session for which it was purchased.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you do not meet the $10 minimum, make no claims, or leave without contacting us.

Checking Out After the Live

Return to this page, choose the item type below, enter the quantity Dedra instructs you to purchase, and click Add to cart.

• DTF Transfers — $3.00 each
• Straw Toppers — $3.50 each

If you claimed both DTF transfers and straw toppers, add each type separately to the same cart before checking out.

Deposit credit: Dedra will account for your deposit before giving you checkout instructions. Follow those instructions; do not deduct the deposit again.

Live-Claim Shipping

Standard shipping — $8: Paid live-claim orders ship the next business day. The flat $8 shipping charge applies once per live-claim order, plus applicable tax.

Weekly Shipping Pass — $15: Paid live claims and transfer orders covered by your weekly pass are held in your customer bin and shipped together on Monday. You may add transfers from our website to your covered orders. The $15 weekly pass covers shipping for live claims and transfer orders.

Payment deadline: All live claims must be paid in full within 24 hours after the live session ends.

Dedra keeps the record of your specific transfer designs and straw toppers claimed during the live. You can add anything from the website to your live-claim order.

Using Your Shipping Pass

Once your weekly pass is active, you’ll receive a shipping password. Enter that password in the discount code box at checkout for your eligible live claims and transfer orders. Use the same customer account and email as your subscription. The code is available to active pass holders for U.S. shipping and can be used on multiple orders during your covered week.
