For personalized or custom-made products, you are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, color selections, and other customization details before submitting your order.

Personalization details will be produced according to the information submitted at checkout, subject to the product description and available customization options.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders involving unavailable products, inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, or customization requests that we cannot reasonably fulfill.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Dedra Dawn Creations does not accept returns or exchanges on physical products, including personalized and custom-made items, for reasons such as a change of mind, an incorrect customer-selected option, or an ordering mistake.

Exceptions may apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product should contact us within 7 days of delivery with their order number, a description of the issue, and photographs, if available.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Digital Products — No Refunds

All digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for digital products, including STL, 3MF, SVG, and other downloadable files, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, included file formats, and equipment or software compatibility before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Physical products are shipped using the shipping methods available at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed before an order is completed.

Orders will be prepared and shipped according to the processing times stated in the applicable product listings or other shipping information provided at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Digital products are electronic files and do not include a physical item unless expressly stated in the product description.

Digital products may include STL, 3MF, SVG, and other downloadable file formats.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the purchased files are compatible with their intended software, equipment, and printing processes.

Purchasing a digital product provides access to the specified digital files and the usage rights expressly granted in the applicable product listing or accompanying license.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design.

Digital products may not be copied, redistributed, shared, resold, or offered for download by third parties without written authorization from Dedra Dawn Creations.

Commercial use of digital designs, including the sale of physical products manufactured from purchased files, is permitted only when expressly authorized by the applicable product listing or license.

Any commercial-use permission does not grant permission to resell, share, distribute, or otherwise transfer the digital files themselves unless expressly authorized.
